Terrible company

Pros

The company’s overall goal is great however, I’m not sure they will ever get there.

Cons

Management sucks, the company is unorganized, no communication, no processes, medical benefits are not that great and the benefits coordinator doesn’t do their job properly so you end up paying more for a procedure than expected. Execs take weeks to respond to your messages/emails, if ever! The product itself is not up to par, it is constantly messed up and has tons of bugs! Also there is no training process when you are hired, you are just thrown in to fend for yourself! The CEO admitted to some of the managers being terrible but never does anything about it. He also expects you to spend more time in Phamily than with family! Do not recommend working here!!!!

Pros

The company is operating in an important area of healthcare, and the market need is real. There is meaningful demand for solutions that improve care coordination, patient engagement, and outcomes, so the core mission is compelling.

Cons

My experience raised several red flags that are unfortunately common in digital health companies trying to scale before their operating model is truly ready. The biggest issue was a lack of clarity and operating discipline. Roles did not seem well-defined, ownership felt blurry, and there were signs of a reactive environment where too much depends on constant fire drills instead of structured execution. In a healthcare setting, that is especially concerning because implementation quality, client trust, and operational consistency matter just as much as growth. There also appeared to be a gap between leadership pedigree and leadership maturity. The company gave the impression of being led by intelligent, highly credentialed people, but not always by leaders with enough practical experience managing the real operational complexity of digital health. That showed up in unclear prioritization, strain on client-facing functions, and what felt like a mismatch between ambition and readiness. Another concern was burnout risk. The engagement side in particular seemed under meaningful pressure, with indications that too much may be breaking at once and without enough structural support in place. When a company is asking frontline teams to absorb that level of ambiguity, it creates risk both for employees and for customers. More broadly, the environment felt like one where external positioning may be running ahead of internal infrastructure. That can work for a while, but in healthcare it eventually catches up to you. Strong narrative, strong fundraising, or strong credentials cannot substitute for process discipline, clear accountability, and leaders who know how to scale execution in the real world.

Colleagues with integrity who care

Pros

It's rare to find an entire company made up of people who genuinely care about each other and about solving big healthcare problems and taking better care of patients, providers, and medical practices. This incredibly diverse group of people has two things in common: personal and professional integrity and an unfailing helpfulness. You can absolutely count on people doing the right thing even in tough situations, and on people coming to your aid whenever you need them. Really excited about the vision and the growth forward.

Cons

This is a start-up (albeit a start up with a lot of respect for family life). The people who will be happiest here are "Swiss Army knives" - people who enjoy solving lots of different puzzles in lots of different ways. If you want to be told exactly how to do something according to a big manual of rules, this won't be your jam.
