This incredibly diverse group of people has two things in common: personal and professional integrity and an unfailing helpfulness. You can absolutely count on people doing the right thing even in tough situations, and on people coming to your aid whenever you need them. Really excited about the vision and the growth forward.
Cons
This is a start-up (albeit a start up with a lot of respect for family life). The people who will be happiest here are "Swiss Army knives" - people who enjoy solving lots of different puzzles in lots of different ways. If you want to be told exactly how to do something according to a big manual of rules, this won't be your jam.
