Pros

After recently starting a few months ago I am grateful to say the company and Multi Vendor team have exceeded my high expectations. The role was very accurately explained and presented during the interview process. The training period is not overwhelming although it could be, because of positive co-workers and management that want to see each other succeed and grow.

Cons

The scheduling is something to note if you are looking for a strict 9-5. Being new I have not personally noticed anything negative or demanding about the job that was surprising. The role in full (good/bad) was explained upfront so I was aware of things like a late shift/on call schedule and was comfortable with this. Compensation could be more competitive, but that could be said about most positions in most companies.

Pros

The people in non- upper management roles that work there are fantastic. Great sense of community onsite and the culture champions are consistently looking for ways to make work life better.

Cons

Very poor communication on the strategy for the business unit. Leadership publicly promotes innovation and new ideas to be presented but then those ideas are shot down or penalized in private by current upper management. The business unit leadership says that don't want excuses for project delays but will then decide to do 3 major layoffs in the first two quarters with no transition plan, no support for gap in resources and no expectations to delayed progress.
