Stable manufacturing environment with strong quality standards. Good management team and clear reporting structure. International brand name adds strong value to your CV. Regular employee events and engagement activities. Work-life balance is generally better than many manufacturing companies. Salary is decent and competitive within the manufacturing sector.

Cons

You may hit a career ceiling relatively early, especially at middle staff to early lead level. Salary growth tends to plateau — several cases of limited progression beyond a certain band. Compensation structure can feel flat unless you move into senior leadership. Digital transformation maturity is still behind some comparable manufacturing MNCs. Decision-making can be bureaucratic due to large organizational structure.
