Pros
1. You get to work on several tasks as you have to do 10 people's work by yourself... so you can learn a lot 2. If the management likes your work, you will get the opportunity for onsite travels 3. It is more like school where the management asks you to take notes in a notebook with pen and all and not on laptops
Cons
1. No cafeteria 2. No hikes - every year they come up with some lame reason not to give hikes or bonuses 3. You will get stuck to the same project for 3+ years although u do nothing in that project 4. There is no policy that will be followed here properly. Most of the policies will be bent according to the management needs... others will be just broken. 5. No WORK-LIFE management possible here. You will be asked to work 24*7 most of the times due to the workload and timelines
