Pros

Friendly employees, there's always work to do, no two days are alike, shifts generally go by quickly.

Cons

New employees usually do more in the store then what they are paid (example: I worked as a GM assistant manager, satellite cashier, and grocery/processed meat/dairy stocker in one 6 hour shift for $7.90/hr.). Management usually works with a "cover yourself" attitude . Department leads have to many responsibilities so rudimentary tasks such as cleaning up garbage left behind, putting stock away properly, and changing the plastic receptical or making a bail so new cardboard can be put into the bailer goes undone and piled up next to the areas so someone else can deal with it.

Pros

95% of my coworkers are awesome. We are busy but we make sure everyone gets their aisles done. Great team work. I truly love all my bosses. They even stock and clean on top of their own duties. Great communication and are great at problem solving/motivating the team. They never talk down to you and truly embrace the team spirit.

Cons

Non load nIghts can certainly drag. Facing and backstock bores me. Could use more things to do. Insurance isn't the best.
