Great to Gain customer service experience for first job/entry level.

Cons

Horrible career choice. No proper training but expects you to know as if you were born in pick n save. Insensitive to employees needs to complete/do job efficiently. Huge lack of communication. Arrogant Management. No Moral within company. Non compliance of policies tolerated too often. Management shows alot of favortism and retaliates negatively to situations. Lazy staff! Unfairly compensated in wages!

95% of my coworkers are awesome. We are busy but we make sure everyone gets their aisles done. Great team work. I truly love all my bosses. They even stock and clean on top of their own duties. Great communication and are great at problem solving/motivating the team. They never talk down to you and truly embrace the team spirit.

Cons

Non load nIghts can certainly drag. Facing and backstock bores me. Could use more things to do. Insurance isn't the best.
