      -Good about scheduling time requested off -Weekly pay -Good insurance (blue anthem) -Lots of great coworkers

      Cons

      -Not very good management, some great ones and some poor excuse ones -Hard to get promotions -Not good pay and raise options -really good for only high school student or people who are able to get lead and manager positions

      Salary for management is low for what they ask of you What across the board is low General Office staff is out of touch with stores Under developed systems and processes No managerial freedom to do anything Towered responsibility leaves no room for crossover
