The disconnect between management and employees - Anonymous employee Pick N Save Employee Review

The management is poor. They are completely disconnected from their employees. They rather turn a blind eye to issues that need to be addressed. You never hear a word of praise or a simple thanks. Moral is horrible and it reflects on the faces of the employees. A cafe is a horrible thing to have in a store because that is where you will find all the managers...drinking coffee.
