      Pros

      I did my job and received multiple raises and promotions to hire positions... some took a bit longer than expected. In general I got along with everybody.

      Cons

      Waiting for a promotion that was promised.... most I got right away some took longer depending on the manager.

      Salary for management is low for what they ask of you What across the board is low General Office staff is out of touch with stores Under developed systems and processes No managerial freedom to do anything Towered responsibility leaves no room for crossover
