      One of my bosses i got along with well and trained me proficiently to help succeed in the business in which i worked.

      Cons

      I was given many tasks to help clean up the butcher store. I was given everyone elses tasks to do which caused an overload.

      Salary for management is low for what they ask of you What across the board is low General Office staff is out of touch with stores Under developed systems and processes No managerial freedom to do anything Towered responsibility leaves no room for crossover
