95% of my coworkers are awesome. We are busy but we make sure everyone gets their aisles done. Great team work.
I truly love all my bosses. They even stock and clean on top of their own duties. Great communication and are great at problem solving/motivating the team. They never talk down to you and truly embrace the team spirit.
Cons
Non load nIghts can certainly drag. Facing and backstock bores me. Could use more things to do.
Insurance isn't the best.
Salary for management is low for what they ask of you
What across the board is low
General Office staff is out of touch with stores
Under developed systems and processes
No managerial freedom to do anything
Towered responsibility leaves no room for crossover
