Poor corporate mindset - Customer Service Representative/Front End Supervisor Pick N Save Employee Review

Corporate expectations are almost impossible to meet and youre constantly pressured to complete too many tasks per day which take away from the actual customer service. Corporate doesn’t give enough hours to staff enough registers. Want 75% of orders to use self checkout. Pay is CRAP. working for 10 years and only making $14.50 even tho I’m a shift supervisor and constantly stressed and exhausted. Also you get yelled at a lot.
