Pros

Able to give me hours, however only when full time people had their shifts filled first so sometimes filled outside my available times because they came first.

Cons

No help for customers because of turn-around time for cashiers as they treat us horrible. I have medical restrictions and the I had my doctor fill out the paper work for me to be able to sit down and have a water bottle at my station however they to this day will not honor it unless I sign a sheet granting them access to ALL of my medical records. I could understand just the ones regarding my injury but not all of them, I'm 37 and there is no need for an employer to need access to all med records for this position. Also the CSRs treat cashiers rudely in front of customers and refuse to help check orders and as a result there is a feeling all alone without a paddle among the cashiers and a power trip for the CSRs. I on many occasions have to bag $200 orders while they stand and chat amonst themselves and then I get called to bag for a $20 order for them. It causes hard feelings and I work my butt off to try to advance to csr after 6 months to be told, no sorry, you don't go fast enough and talked to like I'm a child.

Pros

95% of my coworkers are awesome. We are busy but we make sure everyone gets their aisles done. Great team work. I truly love all my bosses. They even stock and clean on top of their own duties. Great communication and are great at problem solving/motivating the team. They never talk down to you and truly embrace the team spirit.

Cons

Non load nIghts can certainly drag. Facing and backstock bores me. Could use more things to do. Insurance isn't the best.
