Pros
They're always hiring because they can't keep employees. Lots of hours to give
Cons
They don't honor their word. When they hire you, if they say they're ok with you having certain days and times off, they'll schedule you those times no matter the commitments you have. They will approve your time off and then schedule you and expect you to find coverage and call in and then call you a no call no show and treat you poorly. They do this to high school kids, making them feel guilty for going to their sports practices, games, banquets, family vacations, funerals, etc. even when they are well aware of them prior to. They will do nothing to fill those shifts and try to guilt trip the high school kids because they "left them short staffed". Tracy bullies the high school girls and is downright rude to customers. Another male manager is known for texting and flirting with underage girls. They make fun of you when you are sick and say you need to go home because you feel like you're going to be nauseous. All a very toxic environment, especially for young kids. And the schedule is released the Thursday before the work week begins.
