The most disrespected I've ever been - Cashier Pick N Save Employee Review

Pros

Paid above minimum wage. Can't think of anything else.

Cons

Made me push carts despite my disability. Old people didn't have to push carts, but disabled young people still did. Did nothing about the coworker who was transphobic, racist, and ableist to not only employees but also other customers. I was one of the few non-CSR cashiers that was trained on SCOs, so I was given torturous hours because "nobody else can work SCO at that time" and wouldn't be able to take a bathroom break because "nobody can take over on SCO". This continued for the 4 months I worked there without any non-SCO cashier being trained on SCO and I didn't even make more than those people. When I had something horrible happen to me and came into work the next day with self-harm scars, I was verbally accosted by my boss. I have never been treated worse before or since. Also I got 30 total minutes of break time on an 8 hour shift and never received a healthcare plan or anything like that.
