Pros

Conveniently located in a nice historical building in downtown Seattle.

Cons

While I worked at Moonraft, I helped in interviewing candidates. On two separate occasions we had made offers to candidates, and at the last minute, the Moonraft CEO (Sree) decoded he did not want to hire them and we had to cancel our offer. This was the most unethical hiring process I’ve had to be a part of. WARNING: if Moonraft makes an offer to hire you, they may actually rescind that offer. In general this was the most disorganized and uninspiring design agency I’ve worked for. I am still not convinced that Moonraft is even a legitimate company. I would steer clear of working for Moonraft, or doing any business with Moonraft.

Pros

* Highly-talented and collaborative innovation group: Great place to learn from a diverse, multi-talented team – or to deepen your skills as a cutting-edge expert * Abundant opportunities to solve user-focused design and technology challenges, across a variety of platforms * Well-knit group promotes a positive, high-energy environment built around creativity and learning * Open-minded: Creative and meritocratic approach (no office politics or drama) * Ownership: Consult and communicate directly with clients at well-loved brands * Inspirational, industry-decorated founders have solid instincts and clear vision for growth

Cons

* Continued success in a digital consulting practice requires grit, positivity, followthrough, and occasional luck. Not for the faint of heart ;-) * Our limited structure offers extra freedom and greater ownership over the work. It's an ideal match for many, but not for everyone.
