- Highly talented team members, highly respected by clients and partners - Challenging work, which will test one's skills and grit to solve complex problems - Flat organization, no corporate ladder, no politics - Leadership are very accessible, helpful - Lots of exposure, hence a great place to learn

Cons

- Not a place for mediocre talent, who will find themselves out of place very quickly - No structured training programs like in large corporates, mostly on-job training

Located in downtown Seattle and most of the co-workers are pleasant to work with.

Cons

Piktorlabs Inc. is a start-up in Seattle that has quickly become a revolving door of designers and developers. The owner will routinely ask you to work on a project, only to steam-roll over your work with his ideas which are usually quickly thrown together with little thought, resulting in poor products. Unfortunately, the owner plays favorites (who get paid thousands of dollars more than others) and promises unrealistic deadlines to clients in which the employees regularly work nights to meet. I wouldn't suggest working here.
