Pros

I must say there are positives here: - Flexible timing - work from home - leaves - loaf around anywhere in office - play games

Cons

All the pros mentioned are nothing new. With so many new companies coming up all these things are provided everywhere. Projects: - Almost every project in the company is always on fire. Everything is required "Today EOD" whether it is PST or IST. - No proper handling and management of projects. They make you do one thing, then scrap that entirely and come-up with another which is exactly similar to the first one. - Design changes -> they are not design changes . It's like they are experimenting with the design and waiting for the development to start and then change it. Management: - Some people are good. Ceo doesn't like to hear opinions. It's either his way or his way. Now the Cliffhanger: HR There are numerous feats that she has achieved. - losing keys - taking leave and then spying on employees with cc tv cameras - publicly bullying each and everyone in working hours - Talking at full volume within office premise, without caring who is working and who is on mute. - Complaining about people to their managers. - sharing Every Employees personal data on a public email. Talking about culture It's just a mere glimpse of what it used to be.

Pros

* Highly-talented and collaborative innovation group: Great place to learn from a diverse, multi-talented team – or to deepen your skills as a cutting-edge expert * Abundant opportunities to solve user-focused design and technology challenges, across a variety of platforms * Well-knit group promotes a positive, high-energy environment built around creativity and learning * Open-minded: Creative and meritocratic approach (no office politics or drama) * Ownership: Consult and communicate directly with clients at well-loved brands * Inspirational, industry-decorated founders have solid instincts and clear vision for growth

Cons

* Continued success in a digital consulting practice requires grit, positivity, followthrough, and occasional luck. Not for the faint of heart ;-) * Our limited structure offers extra freedom and greater ownership over the work. It's an ideal match for many, but not for everyone.
