Pros
I enjoyed the people I worked with - they made long shifts filled with rude customers at least somewhat entertaining. There are a couple of shift-leaders and managers who keep the job from being totally disastrous, so as long as you're working their shifts, it's not that bad.
Cons
Rude customers Faulty equipment - our computers crash a few times a day - we're on the hold with our help desk every few hours at least Pumps that never work properly Cheapest company I've ever worked for - they're constantly trying to squeeze every dollar possible out of their employees and clients Completely disorganized Don't expect to get paid for all the hours you work - they're constantly trying to stiff you hours here and there, read your pay stubs properly so they don't screw you over! Incompetent head office - they're completely oblivious to all the problems going Zero communication - they will put in place changes without telling you and then reprimand you for not following the "new" rules Total disrespect - you are not an employee, you are a slave; they bully you into submission and use threats to get their way
