- Layoff (May 2018 ) of 23 people happened due to poor top management and inability for the CEO to identify the issues. Not a single top level manager were fired even when it was clear that they were not competent. - Engineering standards are really poor and the Product team is not good at identifying essential features. - Release dates have no correlation with the pending work - Culture is not about 5 letters, it is about making the employees love the company.
