Pros

Everyone is nice and funny. There is always projects to work on. The opportunity to go up in the career ladder is great, because management does not usually stay very long. The hours are great, but no overtime avail.

Cons

Equipment is used or old and tends to slow production down. The pay is the lowest they can give. The company is only 5 years old, so you will find all original members there. The turnover rate is ridiculous. Getting anything new is a very slow process. The building is small and we all have to share everything and we all bumped heads a lot. SOPs are outdated and Its hard for people to revise them.
