Very toxic culture driven by key Director that really does not care for the employee. Unless situation is perfect, expect to get aggressively questioned and made to feel as if you can do nothing right. Same individual can have an extremely negative impact across several groups with no repercussions for her actions or behavior. Disconnect between what really happens and what upper management thinks happens. Always pushing to do the next new thing before the previous thing is understood and trained to. Be expected to remember everything at all times, even if only mentioned once in passing. Failure to do so gets met by same individual with disdain. No real care for the employee, only the bottom line. Negative feedback is king, always about what you didn't do and never about what you accomplished. Upper management always looking to get rid of people instead of build them up. Expect to be overwhelmed with so many needed tasks you'll never get caught up and won't ever really be trained to know what you need to do.
