Pros
Culture and people were very nice and seem to genuinely want to be there.
Cons
Leadership would spin up urgent ideas (often reactive to competitors that were much bigger and better resourced than us) with little respect for level of effort required. Led to a chaotic work environment. Much of the engineering team doesn't use the product.
