Pros

Personal freedom. You can work your 80 hours a week any time you want to. No interference in the classroom. Great IT staff. Great classrooms. Wonderful campus. Good food.

Cons

Too many committees for professors. It is a small place -- about 70 faculty, 1000 students -- so no social loafing.
