Cons
- No punishment for bad performance - Unprofessionalism is toxic - Some colleagues are very emotional, attempt to instigate, and get very vindictive over nothing. - I was warned by a person in my department but on a separate team to "don't work so hard" (ya, really.) - I was told by the same colleague later when attempting to talk to me "I KNOW YOURE NOT DOING ANYTHING IMPORTANT!!" in a snarky condescending tone as I was quietly focused trying to make sure the portal is ready to accept registration for students. - Emotional outbursts daily. - This same individual also as as the biggest victim. I swear its mind blowing 🤯. - The man is scared and trying to play up a tough guy, its so painfully pathetic to observe. - Lots of big ego, big belly, armchair warrior individuals here - The saddest part is they expect you to do something back?? I just cannot stoop to such a low level!! - Tribalism. - Web tiger 5C is a joke. - Stuck in the basement with no sunlight - Absolutely no discipline here whatsoever. - grown adults with decades of experience participate in Petty name calling and proud of it; immature games (always wants to grab the door first and makes a big deal out of it, gaslighting, getting in your face, standing in your way, playing with the printer to make noises, slamming things out of pure anger, talking about you on the phone to another colleague and saying things about you in front of your face, talking behind your back, ganging up with the manager to make you seem like a subordinate, condescending and sarcastic talks, cynism, etc...) - Passive aggressive nonsense - Leaders are Unmotivated and have Low morale - Low expectations - Manager overcompensates for poor leadership by periodically berating subordinates over trivial matters to display authority.
