Pros
The best parts about working at Pitzer were the other workers that held that college together. In my short time there I met awesome people from all departments that truly were there because of the core values that Pitzer supposedly lives by.
Cons
The shareholders, upper management, board of trustees were trying their best to bust up the workers right to unionize their workplace while I was there and even before I got there. There are many managers and directors of various departments that are put there to keep the workers down, to keep abusing worker rights, and that is truly sad because the college could be so much better. But instead the workers that have received the promotions have been the workers that are the worst of the worst as people. So the core values are not being truly practiced by the management, the board of trustees and the various shareholders of this private institution.
