Decent Pay, meeting new tenants and helping the community.

Cons

Extremely unorganized, they do not take employee suggestions nor do they communicate with anyone not a manager when there is an issue. They do not give you the assistance needed to succeed

Good if your self motivated and can do things on your own. Seems like a good company to work for. . There mission statement is what I like. They seem to care about you but your on your own weekly pay. Good benefits

Cons

Very little communication. Don't count on any help. Very stressful at times pulled in many different directions
