The mill smelled bad at times

Culture among supply chain employees was generally positive and professional. I was happy with my direct supervisor and his supervisor.

The company is owned by private equity, and they ran the Chillicothe mill into the ground. They invested only about half of the money that was necessary to make the mill operate with modern standards, so it was so inefficient that it could not make a profit. They ended up closing down the plant and laying off over 800 people and sending the south central Ohio regional economy for a loop
