Pros

Pay is good and and union protections allow for a relaxed environment as long as you take the job seriously.

Cons

No days off and a rotating shift means no work-life balance.

Pros

Culture among supply chain employees was generally positive and professional. I was happy with my direct supervisor and his supervisor.

Cons

The company is owned by private equity, and they ran the Chillicothe mill into the ground. They invested only about half of the money that was necessary to make the mill operate with modern standards, so it was so inefficient that it could not make a profit. They ended up closing down the plant and laying off over 800 people and sending the south central Ohio regional economy for a loop
