Pros
I like that I have flexibility at how I approach my job. I can try things and put my own flare on how I work. I love that I can work remote and that someones is not micromanaging me.
The company is always looking at ways to deliver more for customers. The new subscription and revenue features that were released are exciting and being well received by customers.
Management seems to have adjusted strategy to focus on a specific set of product features, which helping me to focus on selling them. It felt like we were releasing feature after feature, but not giving a lot of time to catch up and learn internally.
Finally seeing some marketing efforts being made. The new marketing VP seems to have changed things - for the better.
Cons
It's very much a start-up, so not many potential customers know we exist or what we do. It does require putting in the extra effort and thinking outside of the box.
Sales has been focused on cold calling and emails (although now changing to focusing on marketing driven). We need more marketing activity and content.
