Pros

Good product is built so we can fire engineers. Best culture in jaipur until you get fired. Drinks , cigerrates , Hookah and Cannabis is allowed in office. Lavish parties and night outs.

Cons

These guys are not worth your time. They fired CTO so they can fire anyone. Actually they did fire some more people.

Regular fun events. good office setup.

Cons

Irritating product leadership Poorly defined or non-existent processes negative work environment Product team leadership is generally highly insecure - it shows in some very unpleasant ways. Bullying, bickering and gaslighting is business as usual, even when working remotely. Micromanagement from managers who don't know how to manage gives slow death to any independent thought or passion you once had for the job. At its worst, it will start to destroy your mental well being.
