I wish I would have transferred to a different department or went into a different department.

Cons

They gave me a generic job description with responsibilities that did not match what I was doing then under two months told me to get out even though I was on time, asking questions, taking notes, learning, etc. I didn't do anything wrong, and I think they over hired/overbudgeted. I was really disappointed because nothing is stable anymore.

generous benefits, retirement is great and very generous time off

Cons

driving in dangerous conditions, lots of hand holding to people who cant do the job management expecting long term employees to step up and help when they hired a bunch of incompetent people.
