Pros

People who work there are great, good location, perks of working remotely/travel depending on job title

Cons

Had no induction with HR at the beginning, depend immensely on individuals, no clear structure at times, most systems held together with glue and plaster, no proper reviews with employees, terrible recruitment at times, left head scratching at some management decisions

I am sorry to read that you feel you did not get a good induction. We are working on this and have recently designed a new induction programme that we have started to roll out across the group.
