remote position, good compensation, nice team except for director

Cons

1. The job was misrepresented 2. There was no training available on the job / no support 3. No communication from the managers or with management team even to advise what tasks needed to be completed. 4. there was a change in management after 3 months so expectations were changed. The expectations were never explained . 5. No performance review and no probationary review.
