Nice team colleagues, great holiday allowance

Cons

No transparency, redundancies without any actual reason. They do not know even the structure of each team or how many people there are. There is the feeling that they just want to copy what other big companies do. They do not put any thought before their actions. Useless townhalls. No opportunities to growth.
