Pros

The colleagues you will work on a day to day basis are helpful and very friendly. Hands on approach as you will be expose to variety of business domains and technologies. Team leads are very laid back as long as you deliver results. Hence, very calm and peaceful work environment for result oriented person.

Cons

Product and Technology team is heavily under-staff and the pay is low compared to market. You will be left on yourself to pick up things without proper on-boarding. Planet is now built on a single moat of cross-selling payments to existing base product clients. If this doesn't work, growth opportunities will be limited to none.
