Users say... "The management is poor." "There is no training period, and no support structure in place to get loans closed." "Micro management from upper management and rude sales staff" "Too many layoffs and difficult to advance into other roles" "Meanwhile certain people can get away with whatever, stepping away from their desk to talk to others for 10+ minutes (I saw many instances of this) and this wasn’t a break they were taking, playing music out of speakers where everyone could hear you, having meetings with your door open, loudly cackling, I could keep going… There is clear favoritism there, which was joked about frequently, but there’s always some truth in a joke they say."
