Pros
It is an office full of kind people, all working hard and wanting to see the company succeed. It has good employee appreciation and still has some of the best VP's and President I have had the pleasure of working with. While it has moved more toward corporate structure, it still has some heart - but as it has grown, it has had to adapt toward more rigid regulation structure to deal with the wide range and numbers of new hires who weren't as committed as those who saw the company through its infancy and massive growth stage. Despite this, it still was enjoyable to work there until the day I left.
Cons
Since moving more toward a corporate, bottom line driven company, so much has shifted from a close knit family feeling to a colder numbers driven work center. Employee monitoring and statistics began taking precedence over employee happiness, synergy, and appreciation. This is the standard of corporate and office America, I understand, and it is why I have chosen a different path for myself. But if you don't mind office life, this company is actually enjoyable to work for.
