Pros
I've been working at Planet for almost half of year and have seen the company change with the marketplace. The CEO is a smart and innovative and the company is pushing for massive growth over the next few years. I could not ask for a better team or boss at Planet. My boss is one of the most professional/wonderful/motivational people that I have worked for. I enjoy receiving constructive feedback and I am also able to give open feedback as well about the company. Planet is a medium sized company, but it feels smaller when I'm working with branch managers and loan officers across the country. Everyone is really friendly and appreciative.
Cons
The alarm system on the weekends needs to be fixed. It will go off for hours, which can be distracting.
