Asking for a raise and giving solid reasons will do you no good. - The company prohibits work-from-home for most employees except upper management, for no good reason. The infrastructure is there. - Company reacts slowly and poorly to current events like COVID-19. It was pushing employees to come to the office until the very last moment.
