Pros

Family owned business and managed accordingly. It's Finish origins don't necessarily adapt well to the USA. However their product line is second to none.

Cons

Dealer support is tough. They rely too much on DSMs for support when they should in fact invest in themselves. Recent move to Charlotte has worsened customer experience, unfortunately.

Training and documentation can sometimes be lacking Benefits can be a bit expensive Company appears to be in the midst of rebuilding
