At one time, included some of the best minds in dental. No more - they have all been forced out or jumped ship.

Cons

Unprofessional organization. Clueless direction from overseas management that is blind to the truth.

Family owned business and managed accordingly. It's Finish origins don't necessarily adapt well to the USA. However their product line is second to none.

Cons

Dealer support is tough. They rely too much on DSMs for support when they should in fact invest in themselves. Recent move to Charlotte has worsened customer experience, unfortunately.
