Excellent product...very well regarded in the dental business. Very dedicated and passionate team members.

Cons

Three words: Management, management, management. No direction. No plan. Lousy communication. President is a bully. Managers under him have NO authority to do anything, nor do they generally have any experience outside of Planmeca, so.....nothing gets done. Great potential as a company, but not with this team leading them. Lousy career track for advancement. No reviews or raises in years...yes, years
