The commissions were tabulated by hand, the process to approve expenses was impossible. Questions and rejects over everything. The biggest issue is they ran on three different platforms instead of bringing the company into the digital world. The support dept did the best they could with the information they had. The problem is they didn't pay support positions well enough to keep qualified people to build an understanding of past products and current products that needed support. Doctors would wait up to three days for support to call back because the support department was understaffed and under paid. Honestly the upper management was very lazy and not proactive in addressing the issues. Planmeca, USA is ONLY a distributor of Planmeca, Finland.
