Pros
They offer great benefits and fair PTO.
Cons
Leadership seems to have no direction and doesn’t communicate with the rest of the company. Different departments are on different pages constantly. Communication is a problem within the company and seems to have gotten worse over the years, not better, even as they continue to reduce workforce. The technological edge they once had has faded and the skeleton crew can't support the outdated technology. They continue to fire the best talent while retaining people that will continue to toe the mediocre line and standards. The new facility in North Carolina is an absolute pile. It is a stale outdated mess with missing ceiling panels, water stains, multiple color 1980s carpet and is an industrial warehouse maze. Expense reporting is a constant nightmare. You are constantly put in a position where you feel less competent because of poor decisions made by management. You are left to fend for your own in most aspect of this job, which is nice until you need help from over worked employees or senior management who just don't care or doing whatever they can to retain their job/position.
