Pros
- Great place to start your career - Management is very flexible with PTO, sick time, personal appointments - Good health benefits and 401k matching - Lots of nice people - CEO is a nice guy and great speaker - Work/life balance is manageable for most - Good selection of food trucks recently - In-house IT is very helpful and responsive
Cons
- Hard to grow into the role you want; management pushes you into the role they want you in - Lack of project planning, attention to detail, and quality is a big issue - Discouraging that equal counterparts in other countries get more vacation time, better benefits - Company facing same business issues they're trying to solve for their customers - Wages are not competitive; new hire salaries tend to be higher than seasoned employees - Management does not mentor - Need to hire more thoughtfully - Management is hired from outside instead of giving qualified current employees the chance to move into those roles - Not all management is professional and respectful of all of their employees - Departments and teams are silo'd - New hire process needs help - Need to look at numbers instead of what management thinks is best - Lowered morale and increased negativity is making the work environment more toxic - Non-smoking areas around parking garage are not enforced - Parking is crowded so many park in front visitor spots
