Pros

If it wasn't for the work/life balance, I would be trying a lot harder to get out of here (instead of the medium-effort job search I'm currently doing). Besides that, very little pros. You come here for your career to stall, then die.

Cons

So many egos. And most of these egos are paired with incompetency and so much out-of-touchness. It makes it very tough to have a meaningful conversation. Sometimes it is even laughable how much managers/execs have no clue what they are talking about. It's sad that I know I can 'phone it in'. All I have to do is appear busy or be vocal for the sake of being vocal; results are an afterthought; the culture is that of just checking off check boxes. Some might see this as a pro, but if you want fulfillment in your career or feel like you are part of a productive team, this is not the place for you.

Pros

The team culture was incredible. Managers were very open and encouraging to explore new technologies and development processes. It was a very collaborative culture where engineers would often collaborate on solutions to complex problems which was especially nice given the displacement between all of the remote members of the team.

Cons

Outside of the team level, organization prioritization struggled. One day the stated priority might be one thing then the following day it would suddenly change. I would describe it as 'chasing a shiny object' instead of a thought out vision for what the project should be when it's complete.
