Pros

Good company culture at times, but at the end of the day, they are shifting American jobs abroad.

Cons

At least in the design team, there are just too many designers and not enough work, fake research, and time spent on making random iterations that will go nowhere. With the use of AI, design can now be done with 1/5 the manpower, so at this time, I am just hoping I am the one that’s not laid off lol!

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I'd like to address a few key points: On Global Teams: Building a distributed team is about accessing the best talent globally, not shifting jobs away. Diverse perspectives strengthen our product and competitive position. Like many companies, we are always evolving our global team to build a more sustainable and competitive business. On Workload & Impact: If you're feeling underutilized, I encourage you to: Lean in proactively on high-value projects Talk with your leader about workload distribution and team capacity Share specific examples so we can address inefficiencies On AI and Team Size: Great design still requires human creativity and strategic thinking—AI is a tool that amplifies, not replaces, talented designers. We regularly monitor anonymous employee feedback through pulse and engagement surveys, and the sentiment doesn't match your experience. Let's discuss how to ensure you're engaged in meaningful, high-impact work - please reach out to your HRBP or message HRFeedback@Planview.com to continue the conversation.

Pros

The team culture was incredible. Managers were very open and encouraging to explore new technologies and development processes. It was a very collaborative culture where engineers would often collaborate on solutions to complex problems which was especially nice given the displacement between all of the remote members of the team.

Cons

Outside of the team level, organization prioritization struggled. One day the stated priority might be one thing then the following day it would suddenly change. I would describe it as 'chasing a shiny object' instead of a thought out vision for what the project should be when it's complete.
