Pros
- Awesome work/life balance, flexible schedule, generally low stress. - People are all very friendly and willing to help. You really feel like you're a "family", but not in a toxic "we expect you to spend your life here" way. - If a different part of the business interests you, there is opportunity to explore that.
Cons
- Leadership communication could be better. The back-to-office-or-permanent-wfh question has been up in the air for over a year now with the alleged announcement of a game plan being pushed back month after month. It would be nice if execs could make a firm decision so people aren't on hold. Sometime they'll announce an initiative and there's not follow-through for months. - Pay for some positions is very low compared to standard, 401k match isn't great. - Not many opportunities for advancement. The same people seem to get promoted every 10 months while others are left stagnant for years.
